more then likely the atmels need reflowing.

flux them and then heat with your hot air station.

no hot air station? forget the flux and go with the hairdryer on high heat.

its the big flat chips at the front end of the board. the ones with loads of legs on.

if it has a detachable sim, give this a clean too.

In the flat ship yard mate, alternatively you could look for the attys just behind the simm module ( memory card looking thingy )
