Mate if you have read the whole thread your beyond help , Most forum members have read 1000's of posts , Knowledge is power. Try this remove the lid , find the attys behind the simm module , gently heat them with a hairdryer while applying alittle pressure to the chip.

hi i have encountered an err-6 after inputting start code of 4321 what can i do to remedy this thanks

err3 is not enough ram. try reflowing nvram chip

personally, i think its related to the atmels as i had one with err3 and i took the atmels to another box and they took the err3 with them

you could be playing around with it forever. keep it for spares, (for what there worth) and get a new box
