hello,

my box has been stuck on update for two days now. It says please wait box being updated been like dat for two days. Sometimes it says tune or sometimes pace.

Please help someone, anyone....

Was it working before ? have you tried rebooting it ?

tried everything, finally i opened it took out the red thing and put it back.

Now its stuck on please wait your digital service will start shortly.

I checked the engineers menu and the network id was 09999....

Obviously i cant change it, so if i left it like dat, will it automatically get it or do i need to do something?????

No you can change it with net id file on a fun card. do you have a programmer ?

yeah i do, infinity USB. Could you please advise which is the best tut and files to download so that i can set the net id.

Also is there a list of net id's. I checked my subbed box and its net ID is something havent come across before. Its 41069

There are two net id files in the box downloads, however there used to be an easier one where you just typed in the details and used swapingen i dont know whats happened to that one. maybe one of the mods may have it. There is a list of freq and net ids on here somewhere it used to be a sticky. try pace cable guide.

Someone help this is getting worse and worse. At present the box is now stuck on trying to do an update. I also removed the red jumper and still the same thing. I also tried shorting battery still same. How can i make it to go into enginners menu with net id of 09999 so that i can try the fun card net id again.

To short the batterry all i did was touch a wire from + to -, couldnt take battery out on pace 1000b.

Someone pls help

i think you just stick the net id card in with your details and it changes

Tried that still no luck

ok i did that and after few attempts, the number started rolling, and now its saying

ERR5 then LA14 i think

its keep doing that now.

Any ideas?

Further update:

Box now stuck on please wait virgin is powering up.

Then i check the ned id and its picking up a different one, not the one i set it for, any ideas. I am setting the net id using fun card.
