OK hun not to worry, download the program in the link to your Desktop its a Reg Seeker and in a Zip File you need to extract it to a new folder in say My Documents when you have the program in a file please post back (if your sure how to do this i can go through it with you ) no problem

Hi Peakey

Thats good AVG wont clash with the apps i have in mind but first open Reg Seeker click clean the registry on the left and then click invalid services on the right and click OK now it will run.

When its finished click select > select all > the panel will go yellow right click on the panel and click delete then click OK and OK again and close Reg Seeker, please post back how many reg entries cleared then we can download some tools
