hi annabell hey you seem to have a lot of knowledge on pc,can you help me my son has avg virus and spyware but there is a pop up message every 20 sec it says about the registry it was there before the instalation of avg spy we cant get rid

This could well be but we need to know what the warning / error message is that you are getting so we can solve the problem quickly and use the right application to do so there is also the possibility that it may be a corrupt registry file, if you cant provide the text content of the warning / error please post back and i can provide you with appropriate links that will cover every aspect of what the problem may be.
