Hi I just tried them here (West Yorks) but they're not working !! Do you mean after 9 pm they don't require pins ? or during the whole day ??

I relised the background screen has changed though, it now says VMedia protecting your little people....blah blah.

Thanks

No in Northants still req pin, but not that red button wait stuff which never worked for the 4001NC, just enter box pin eg 1234. Same happened before a while back, Not sure about after 9 as it happened last nite, it lasted about a day then so I am not to optamistic it will last.

PS just checked other some other forums, working in other parts as well. Not sure if it's VM prob/test like lastime or genuine update. I did also notice that the other working areas's were Pure.

Will go home for lunch and try again

If you are at the stage of entering pin your area is working.

If you do not know your pin read a post/ tut for your model, normally remove a jumper next to battery (or short battery) few a few secs, then re-boot to ENG menu and set your desired pin.

working in the glasgow area.ciwan i think you have to reset your box by pulling the red jumper in it and then you can set it to what you want, but you also have to set your frequency as well.im sure the 4001 sets the nit id automatically not to sure about the 4010.could be wrong please check before doing anything.cheers.
