Smile reset failed

hi all still cant suss out how you discuss and look for your replys on this site o well here goes,ive tried reading a fun4 with nagra edit but i get the message "open was success
reset failed
error reseting card
atr string invalid
close of com was succsess
i have a usb and a serial cable connected,also ive used software to detect my infinity and it did on com one.
i know red had the same prob in a back dated thread but i could not see an answer to it.any help plz

fez if your using infinity usb ulimited just erase your card twice and then follow the funcard tut using the chaosv3 flash for your area ie tw,nthell,then write the files one at a time,exteep,inteep and then the flash..ps have you got your ird and bk?

what do you want to do ?

you don't need to write a inteep anymore just the exteep which has your box details bk & ird
. then the flash which is the latest chaos v3 for your area
need any help let me know

hi ste i dont mean to be thick i just cant get my nagra and infinity to read my card it comes up reset failed,error reseting card,atr string invalid.i am trying to get my box key and ird from the card.i read novice angel a great tut but im stuck getting my details of the card,appreciate any help

hey steve i just thought id let you know i put my card in box and went into engineers page 7it came up "
card status _mute error,smartcard version DNAspo11 REV BOD if this helps at all

this is what i do
1 save exeep off your card to desktop
2 drag saved exeep over swap bin hex this creates a bin file exeep
3 open toxic the click open then pick your exeep bin and it will tell you the bk &ird
any probs let me know though i think you have wiped the card when trying to read it

It depends on which box you have fez, some boxes you use a led sim , there are tuts for jtag and led sim in the box downloads, or on javeds site.

hi red ive downloaded the j tag files and i believe i could build it, but i could not find anything in the downloads for led sim what is led sim
