Default Sky Movies on Eurovox

I bought a Eurovox yesterday and it arrived this morning.

I had a 2-way splitter already fitted which was going to my broadband and a V+ box. I've removed that splitter and replaced with a 4-way splitter (couldn't find a 3-way anywhere!).

When the box arrived I hooked it all up. I haven't touched a thing except for doing a Power Scan. That was literally the first and only thing I did. It proceeded to pick up 241 channels. Which I guess means it's working perfectly and I don't need to touch anything else?

Now everything is working perfectly except for 2 minor problems:

1) I can't find BBC3. I've been through all the channels named "TVCh" and can't find it. There are a few that are just blank though and one of them could be BBC3. Is there anyway of finding out and sorting it? It's not really important if I can't find it as I'll just view it from the V+ box.

2) When I go to view Sky Movies Prem and Action it says I need to enter a pin. Obviously this isn't possible. How do I get around this?

Was expecting quite a few problems when setting up so I'm quite happy I only have 2 minor problems.

Sky Prem_Hid or something like that.

Those "enter pin" things are simply placeholders and are not the channels.

BBC3 may well be showing as CBBC or Cbebbies (can't check for sure at the moment) - but the childrens channels change to BBC3 and BBC4 at 7:00pm

Cheers Rick

Had another look through the un-named channels that were blank and found a few of the movie channels. Also found some named _Hid like you said. Not sure how I missed them first time around.

Will check out the CBBC channels later for BBC3.

Thanks for the help guys.
