Default will it work on Virgin Media

I moved in my house 1 year ago & i have a ntl box on the wall which i have plugged direct in to my TV & get the normal 5 channels (bbc ITV etc) i am thinking of getting a Eurovox. If i buy one will it work as i do not subscribe to Virgin Media.

Yes it should do because the feed is still live.

How can it work? he says he is not subscribed to Virgin Media, I was under the impression that you have some sort of contract with Virgin for the euro-vox to work, even if its only broadband ....

They shouldn't disconnect the feed, AIUI, there is an obligation to continue to provide the 5 analogue TV services. They sometimes do disconnect though, especially if the street box is full. If your feed is currently live, then good, but remember - it could be disconnected at any time, best to subscribe to something.

Now have my Eurovox 2008 have plugged it in & done the powerscan while it is doing it the level & quality sometimes drop’s down to the red ( 5%) on some frequency, but stay’s in the green (75%) a lot of the time. When it has finished it goes to the installation menu where there are channels 1 to 25 but I can not get them to work. Any help PLEASE
