ITV North West - Techwatch: Satellite TV forums, FTA, Cable, Hardware, & Tech forums

Anyone else lost ITV north west yesterday? The london and central channels still work but i've lost the nw one. Autoscan hasn't picked it up and i haven't had chance to do a powerscan yet as i'd need to backup the channel lists.

is name tv1 rename it .

Are you in the NW region? If so try looking for just ITV1 - you will only get the region(s) local to your area regardless of what the EPG says

to tune in manual if cant find are

freq 370
v-pid 515
a-pid 654
p-pid 515

And you won't get ITV London in Manchester no matter what the EPG says - check out the local news.

i get london central and north west, and yes the news is correct for each one, just the nw one that gone missing - ill try looking for it in the TV1 channels.

Anyone got to the bottom of this yet?

I live in ITV Granada North West area and can confirm that the local news is either Central or London. In fact I only realised that I had the wrong area because of the local news being "wrong".
I have no channel called TV1 which I could rename.
I don't seem to have an option to manually tune to a station or to enable a background scan via my Trinity Blade image.
Any ideas?
