Is anyone else having a problem viewing Sky Sports 1 & 3 today, I am getting the 'Please wait, code being updated' message but this message stays onscreen and the channel won't load.

I am using the Eurovox red box version with the June firmware, I tried the latest update but there is no difference.

Have Virgin blocked these channels successfully? I sure hope not, right at the start of the footie season too.

Does anyone have a cure for this?

I have fixed the problem by deleting the channels that did not work and then doing an autoscan, the channels were then reloaded and working. I have no idea how or why this has happened though.

i had the same problem yesterday, it happened and i had a herat attack, then it happened to all the channels, then i waited ver very patiently for an hour and it was fine. pheeeeeeeeew

Same here in Midlands but box found key after about 10 mins. All o/k now.
