Hi M8's

I have a NTL Pace 4000 working in Telewest land on the old blue software. It wouldnt update to VM. Luckily my mate lives in NTL land so I changed the Net Id to his area using the Funcard trick and then took the box around to his house where the box updated to VM. I was wondering now that my NTL box has the VM software will it now update with any future software updates on my Telewest connection ?

no i don't think it will or it would have done the vm update when it was working in your house

My daughter has a 4000 at her place, not far from me, in nthell since may its still on old blue software, and she has elec card meter, elec always going off, and its never updated!.

are you getting the channels now in the telewest land after you update on a nthell area connection mate ..................
