sound but no picture

hi looking for a bit of advice please do you need to be on digital service to to use the euro box at the moment my brother has the ntl analog box he connected the eurobox he says he can here sound on all the channels but no picture can any one help thanks in advance

According to other threads the the machines do work with alog. Sound no piture normally suggest a box to TV issue i.e. scart or RF lead.

thanks rick turned out to be a faulty box being sent back new one being sent to replace it cheers for the answer m8
