Default upgrade advice

I have been using the eurovox for a year now and like it apart from the aspect ratio problem.

I am going to buy a new box and was wondering what to go for. A euro vox with built in PVR would be great but its un available.

Can anyone tell me there experience getting a good decoder working with a PVR on virgin (ntl)

thanks

you could try modding a v1rgin+ box m8
virgin tv v+ remote control with free PAIRED tvdrive on eBay, Cable Boxes, Satellite Cable Freeview, Consumer Electronics (item 180148121351 end time 16-Aug-07 17:10:18 BST)

little pricey though!!

or a replay but not sure how reliable they are!

The V+ box is interesting - compared to a decent twin tuner freeview PVR even at that price it is competative.

However my question is will it have the same longevity as the vox's? i.e. will it auto update as the key change etc? - sorry not really up on what a 'paired' card is.

Other question would you need the XL package to deal with any talk back issues?

Cheers Rick
