Just wondering if this is possible,i've got a mate who lives in a different UBR to me and I was just thinkin could I have him sniff out macs on his pc using dhcp force and use the ones he finds on modems that i've got.

If he's on a different UBR on the same franchise area then yes, that is the ideal situation.
