Hi looking for some advise please. A friend is looking at hp laptop and was wondering if the processor is any good. It is a AMD ATHLON 64x2 TK53.
The laptop its self is Hewlett Packard Pavilion DV6527EA Any help would be appreciated. Cheers Andy |

Agree with kndusr, turion is a better processor, will use less power than the athlon. Think the Intel core duo is the better core around at the moment but again price is a factor. Saying that I run the Athlon in my desktop and turion in the laptop so I'm contadicting myself a bit!! Like to support the underdog!!!

I think it what you want to use your Computer for as to witch CPU would be the best for your application .
