I have AMD Athlon 64 x2 Dual Proccesors, i have been told....to get the best out of it you must use equal amounts of memory in two separate sticks.

Dual Core 64 bit processor in a laptop.....it's a very good processor.....a better one is the AMD Turion 64 X2 TL-58 , but will obviously cost more.

Agree with kndusr, turion is a better processor, will use less power than the athlon. Think the Intel core duo is the better core around at the moment but again price is a factor. Saying that I run the Athlon in my desktop and turion in the laptop so I'm contadicting myself a bit!! Like to support the underdog!!!
