Default Recording from Eurovox

Never had to try this but after 12 happy months of using Eurovox , I need to record the Setanta match at 17:15. on Sat 25th August.
Opinions vary to whether this is possible. Any advice /assistance most welcome.

Yes it can be done no problem but you need to set up both the Eurovox and your recorder with the times.

If you have the manual check out page 8 - Timer Settings if not lets know and I'll post a step by step "how to".

Make sure you have a second SCART lead going from the box to your recorder and set up your recorder to record from the AV channel at the time required.

OK here's the step by step instructions for anyone not sure:

Using your remote press the following in order:-

Press Menu - Installation - Timer Settings - you will be asked for your PIN number 0000 is the default. The screen will now show a block with box's numbered from 1 to 8, (this gives you a choice of recording up to 8 different timer settings) click on the first free box - OK - move the Down Arrow on the remote so that Timer State is highlighted, press the Right Arrow to change this to Enable. Move the Down Arrow to highlight Timer Service and then the Right Arrow to change this to VCR Record. Next set the Date, Start Time, End Time & Channel for your preferred time. Press Exit on the remote, you will be met with a Warning box asking you to either press OK to save or Exit to discard.

Thats it all done.
