On Demand Not Working anymore 2110...?

i have a new 2110c on demand was working fine couple of weeks ago i move the tele to other room and didnt turn on the box for couple of weeks. I have turned it on for las t two days but it is giving a message saying that on demand is notavailable contact Vm...! has the on demand been blocked ? talk back is working. i have checked the thechnical stuff corner it is showinf the return path as off. not sure why it is doing that.... is it something to do with the loose signals rest of the movie channels are working except 424...
has any one else got this problem..

Its working in beds javed.

some time it goes to the menue and lets me select if i want musinc filmns or tv on demand and whatever i select it gives error message that i need to ring helpdesk.

And some times it even doesnt let me go there...?
is there any solution to bring On Demand back
