forbes - you've correctly gone back to 18/4/08 release but as WW says the symbol rate is 6.887 for N*L Dublin

ok have gone back and done this at 6.887 will report in 30 mins or so. But the fact that it can't or doesn't reconise the presence of a transponder makes me think there's a problem with 8%fix all was perfect till I domwloaded this

Think I have just seen your problem m8 - your co-ax cable should be plugged into your RF IN socket on your EV - you mention on another thread that it's not.

Hi guys
I'm really new to this stuff so need advice i bought my friend a eurovox max red like mine i thought, only to find out its a clone and it keeps comin up with peaa on the front i keep sortin it out by unplugging the power cable and puttin it back it quickly again but im getting sick of doin this if i update the firmware with the clone software will it sort it out, also which firmware do i use i can only find one for blue clone fix is that the one.

You could try it - the red clone was really the blue clone re-packaged

so if it's a red clone use the blue clone firmware

can any one help me. A few of my channels are giving me a commentary( I assume for partially sighted or blind people) and i want the normal channels without these comments. Film four is a particular problem.
