No Problem
Go to Menu / Config / Clear Data (pin 1004 if requested). Now select Factory Default and select your symbol rate and OK to scan. This can take up to 45 mins to run, if you are still not picking up any tp's then repeat with a different symbol rate. Alternatively, there is a stickie at the top of the section for CDF files - search that thread and see if there is one for your area/provider and using the firmware on your PC download it to your box.

Forbes try what Lucky says. Otherwise sounds like definate connection problem. Check splitters, back of box etc.
What's coming up on TV screen?

Hey thanks for your help with this one! did as you said but my symbol rate is not listed ntl dublin which i believe is 6.875 When I press channel update it has NO TRANSPONDER TO SCAN. I think the update with the fix for 8% signal loss has caused this problem. currently scanning but nothing found level is at 88% and quality 80%. I'm lost!

Hey wiz have checked all that NTL on top box is working fine. The 8% signal fix is problem. I have even gone back and downloaded the update without the fix in the hope it will overwrite but still not working. I'm not sure but orginally I think 6.785 was listed but not now, could this be problem?
