eurovox dvb-xc software probs

hi everyone, im new to all these forums and the internet thing so am a bit backward regarding all this stuff. i bought one of these boxes in feb 2007. the software on it is dated 5 july 2006, the picture and info etc freezes frequently. i presumed it was just part of having a box like this. loking through the forums it looks like there have been at least 3 upgrades of software since my version. i have tried 2 access sum but just cant!!!! can sumone help me get the latest/best software 4 my box so i can enjoy watching tv again, ta my email is ninja7jim@hotmail.com
