Interesting little piece of reading here if your about to change your ISP or get one for the first time > Broadband speeds

Virgin was slamming ADSL providers for the same thing whilst most of their 20 meg customers also weren't getting near advertised speeds especially at peak times - and getting capped for going over their limit on the "unlimited" service
