expert nokia dbox help needed - Techwatch: Satellite TV forums, FTA, Cable, Hardware, & Tech forums

hi all,iv lost all my stations on my dbox2,when i rescanned i picked up all the transponders but no stations so i took sportster pro off and put pichino on it,im still getting no stations with the rescan,im getting this text saying,dbox reachable,deafault gateway nns server unreachable or protocol error,tuxbox via ip 217.172.187.46. unreachable,its all mumbo jumbo to me,anyone know how to fix this or is my box done for?thanks in advance.

That's checking your network you don't need to do that to scan channels. Try my image that's in FTA downloads, set your area via the blue button, then do a fast scan.

my on to my 3rd image now and its still not working,is there any other settings i can change?i don't think its the image,thanks

i have installed the Dons Version 4 image from the download area on my Nokia. It worked. i got all the channels but they are not runing smoothely i mean picture is coming like a scratched cd... i think its something to do with the signal or might be anyoption is not right but i have got the pictures for all the channels.

i don't seem to be getting a signal at all m8,not even getting the time on the screen,iv got another box and thats working fine.

Try backing up the image from the working box and put it on the other box.

@ javed - try changing the UCODE or turning off SPTS mode and see if that helps
