starview need help

cant get certain channels on my starview it comes up telling you the program that is on and the signal strenth is there too but it just shows scrambled or bad channel screen these channels are
sky 2
sky 3
bravo +1
uktv g2
uktv food
living+1
living 2
sentanta golf
b4
scuzz
bliss
flaunt
true movies
every other channel is fine would appreiciate any help you can give thanks

press menu and type the code 1570, a new menu will appear, scroll down to key emu and switch this to on using the left and right keys, then exit as usual and everything should be ok

thanks for the reply mate, but the emu is already on, we are receiving all other scambled channels, movies, sports etc... our cable company just intrduced these channels about 3 months ago and we received them for about a month, then all the new channels introduced went to showing "scrambled or bad channel" but as said we are still receiving all others, its just the new ones we have lost, I have tried updating the software etc.. but when we do the scan or do a manual scan on the frequency it picks them up on the epg and the signal strength is in the 90's but it doesn't decode them.

anyone else had a similar problem?
