Got Box 11 Months Ago (its Not A Clone) Been On Holiday For 2 Weeks , Came Home And Stuck On Standby Mode , Red Light Locked On. Any Help Would Be Greatfull

there is a factory reset button inside the box,but im not sure were m8.

If you open up the box you'll see 2 boards, one is the Power board and the other the Motherboard. The reset button is a small black micro switch which you press, close to the middle of the board.

may sound a silly question , but do i press this reset button while power is still on
