NTL Pace 4000 TB - Techwatch: Satellite TV forums, FTA, Cable, Hardware, & Tech forums

Hi M8s I have a NTL Pace 4000 in Telewest land. I have looked inside and cannot see any tracks cut to disable talk back. The middle LED does flash occasionally and in the engineers menu there is no mention of return path. In the Technical stuff menu the DHCP return path is off. Is DHCP the Talkback ?

Yes it is, if you look in cable guide (novice angel guide ) theres a picture of where it should be cut.

Now im confused are you saying that DHCP return path is off means that TB is still enabled ?

if its saying that its off, try pushing on demand and see what happens

no that means the talk back is disabled mate talkback is the return path.
