Default Eur0box Max V set up level quality

Firstly Hi all! Been reading for a week but this is my first post.

I've got myself a pre-flashed Ebox Max V on Tel*West and it seems to be the dog's. Just plugged it in, ran the instructions from the sticky, and away I went. Then realised like others that BBC 3 was missing, so found the instructions for that too (just simply ran an autoscan after the full power scan).

Just one question, as like I say I'm still a newbie, is 78% Level and Quality a reasonable figure?? Actually, if anyone could help with this q I'll save my other q's for separate posts

And whilst mailing a HUGE thanks to all the people who have posted all the info that has made set-up so far a doddle!!

78% is about right m8, anything above 70% will be ok mines 79% and never had no problems

great thanks Ronster. Now to rearrange channel order and organise favourites. I'll post the channel freq etc when done (Brist*l Tel*w*st area) I never thought I'd end up writing this, but all that free porn is actually bloody annoying, and I've only had it 1 day!

while you / others are about, I've been using dnupman fine, but also got Voxer - what does that do then?

Hi,
As above 80% is usual signal standard, the more you split signal you may need booster.

Voxers for arranging all your channels, you upload your
service (CDF) file and you can just drag&drop channels to were you want them, its alot quicker than doin it with remote
As for the porn m8 you could always delete them! LOL

Thanx both - I thought if I deleted them, then if I had to rescan I would get them all back?
but consider me happy now I realise that I haven't got 78% versus everyone else's 100! That'll teach em to put FX (dexter) on basic for a few weeks then bomb it out.

PS I am looking for an avatar to fit my username, have found useful threads elsewhere on this site, so it's not that I can't be bothered! Probably should have looked for the avatar before picking the username eh?!
