try adobe reader and powerpoint, both free to download, just google them.

Hi Jimmy

The Di4001NC does not work in Telewest areas.

BK = Box Key (16 digit code made up of Numbers+letters)
IRD = lol I don't know but....(8 digit code made up of Numbers+letters again)

Jimmy you need the IRD and the BK in order to programe a card. Once you have programmed your Card CORRECTLEY you will then be able to view the locked channels on your box (i.e. Nat Geo Wild...etc)

Hope this helps mate, If you need any more info, let me know (PM if you want) cause just a month ago I didn't much either.

Here are boxes that will work in a Telewest area:

PACE di1000T
PACE di1010T Phase 1B
PACE ditv1000 Phase 1B
PACE di2000T - HARD TO GET THE BK IF THE CARD ISNT PAIRED (READ 2 x TSOP48)
PACE di4000T
SA 4000dvb
SA 4200dvb - HARD TO GET THE BK IF THE CARD ISNT PAIRED (READ TSOP56)
SA 8300 (TV DRIVE) - CANT GET THE BK IF THE CARD ISNT PAIRED
PACE di4000N - (on CR3.2 software & only if you cant get another box)
SAMSUNG 2110 - CANT GET THE BK IF THE CARD ISNT PAIRED

Red/Steve - Im trying to open the Cable Guide Pace doc in the Pace folder. Not sure what type of file it is but have tried to open it with every programme I can think of to no avail!

Ciwan - Thanks for the info and the offer of help...May well have to take you up on it once I get a box
