Exclamation Libby + Com Port Help PLZ

I recently got a pace 1000 box. When i ran the box it would go into an update and then display ERR4 on the box. I was told that the net id has not been set correctly. i tried to set the net id using using libby, i connected the rs232 cable to the pc and then oped the libby software, i plugged the power of the box in and nothing happened and in the tutorial it says data should automatically run. On the Box it just says PACE. when i click on get net id an error message come up com port error. I have tried all the com port numbers on the libby software from 1 to 4 using the same method of running the software and then running power to the box but nothing happens On the PC when the cable is plugged in i checked the settings on the PC on to which com port the cable is located it only goes from 6 to 9 and in the software you only have options 1 to 4. I am seriously confused as to what to try next as i have followed the tutorial step by step.

PLEASE HELP AAAAAAAAAAAAH!!

What is your IRD? ill have a look in the database..

What type of jtag are you using to obtain the IRD + BK? you will only probably be able to set the net id by using a jtag, or 100 pin fx file, which i assume does not work? via funcards..

if your setting the net id via jtag, then you can use ocd commander and set it through there, if your patient, some one might have the file to set net id via funcard for a 1000...
