Eurovox Max 2008 Reset Button

Can Anyone Tell Me Do I Need To Open Up My Eurovox Max 2008 And Press The Reset Button B4 I Flash It? If Not Do I Need To Clear All Data Or Factory Reset B4 Flash. In System Info The Firmware Says 'jun 07' And I Wanna Flash With 'jul 07' Will This Make Any Difference?

no need to open box or delete anything to flash m8,youve probably got the latest on.Think the july firmwares dated 02/07/07 in the file name but when you flash it to box its dated 28/06/07 or something.
Could be wrong though as i dont have a 08 box

can anyone help? when i power on the box and connect it to the tv this is what it looks like. red light on stand by . and 4 green lines - - - - i have the 2006 model and it works no problem.

you require a nul modem lead and software i can supply the software you can buy the lead from maplins, i don't understand how the box was not flashed when you got it, did you get a lead for your computer and a CD ? by the look of the picture its not flashed , and do you have a computor or using a friends i will help you with realy simple instuctions just post your e mail address and i contact you, all the best, dont worry it will work soon. ill take you under my wing. or send me an e mail just click on interat send private message.
