have cable in my own house and its working fine with eurovox 08,,,tried to use same system on my brothers mmds system no joy,,, was told i need to get eurovox tx model but the codes are different,,,,, brothers system is c,,,,s n,,l mmds areail on roof,,,,,

I see, you will need the TX or Box T, or any T type box for Ch**us MMDS, standard Eurovox will also work on N** MMDS.

You may need to flash the box when you receive it, autoscan will pick up all your channels. Yes the Box T is the easiest one to set up.

Yes but remember you cannot get as many channels on MMDS as you can on cable, and you will be missing some channels. Dependent on location you will get around 80 to 90 channels on MMDS, on cable in Ireland you will get around 139.

Does anyone know if the Eurovox Max V works on Ch**us MMDS?

I am in Limerick & I have a box on Ch**us Digital but I want to set up a second box in my kids house which only has MMDS.

I have tried my own box but I do not know the frequencies for MMDS.

I have seen the Eurovox TX advertised, which claims to be for MMDS, but will a Max Vwork??

Any help appreciated….

The Max V will not work on Ch**us MMDS, but will work on N** MMDS, due to different DVB variants. As you said the Eurovox TX will work on Ch**us MMDS, as will The Box T and any other T type box with the correct image.

hi.living in limerick.Got the Box T the other day for ch**us mmds. Easy to setup.got most of channels like the movies and sports channels. Dont have sky box office though.just wandering can u get that with the box t.or has anyone a list of all the chorus channels u can get for mmds and there frequencies just in case i dont have them all. I see alot of threads with list for cable but not for mmds. Any help would be appreciated.

do ch***s use the same transponders on MMDS as they do on cable in the Cork area??
and do the max and tx use the same firmware??
