after starview scan on chorus it says 142 channels found only shows wat i sayed above........ there is money sign beside every other station and says (nagra vision) dont understand this at all.............

Hi all,

I’m based in Belfast and have just purchased a Eurovox Max V 2008.

After reading quite a few of the posts have got myself up to around 80 channels. I am missing movie channels, and rte channels among others. What also surprises me is that I am getting sly sports 1 and 3 but not 2….

I have tried powerscan a number of times and am getting 10 channel frequencies to scan channels on. I have tried the frequencies posted earlier in this thread but only having luck with the ten that my powerscan found. Is it possible that my powerscan is not adding frequencies.

Does anyone in Belfast have a list of current frequencies that they are using?

My signal is about 86%. I don’t have details of my channel frequencies or the exact software details of the box as I’m at work. I can get these later.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you doing a powerscan on the correct symbol rate and direct from the incoming feed without any splitters?

I have managed to get sorted. Found someone else from belfast with one. He called out his frequencies and a manually addded them. Got all the channels I wanted ... Quality

I had been doing the correct powerscan and symbol rate. Dont understand why my powerscan had been missing some. I also tried using different steps.

I can get a full list of frequencies that i am using and post on this site if you'd like.

Forgot to say, I had no splitter. It was the direct feed. Speaking of which, I need to get a splitter so that I can get it working along with broadband... Can anyone recommend one to use? Have read that some people have had trouble because of the splitter they have been using.

Thanks the frequencies would be handy for members in your area. Just put a title on them giving your provider and area details.
