Not a problem, sounds like you have the 10/04/08 firmware on it, not the best for keygrabbing. Just check your system info.

Updated in less then 10 seconds with the 18/04/08 revision.

Google the 'bigMAQ toolbar' and install it. Under the Latest Keys icon you will find the keys for your cable provider.

But to sort it for once and for all upgrade your box

If you know someone, who has their box working,, they can go to,,, menu-language settings - enter 1968, a few times, and the present keys will be displayed....
