Yes it was 1.1a. There are no splitters. Does SV3 mean "thebox super 3"? If so then yes I'm using this on the same feed (obviously unplugged the super box 3 and used this one instead).

I see in this post he mentions that if lots of channels are stuck on eight percent I may have the wrong firmware:

hmm I can't post links as my post count is too low ... it says:

"If lots of channels are at 8 percent, you might have the wrong version of firmware - this was a known problem while ago, and a fix came out to sort it. Maybe someone more in the know can advise how you'd check you firmware version?"

A lot of mine get stuck on 8%... is there a newer firmware than 1.1a?

No thats the latest. Press menu, config and system info post what it says please. I presume you scanned with symbol rate 6887?

Hey satsmo, no I hadn't scanned with symbol rate 6887...
I'd no idea I was supposed to change that setting. I'm such a fukin noob Where should I have read to know that?

Hi,
I just start working for NTL in Dublin and Meath counties. I am not sure what frequencies should I use for testing the signal. As far as I know there are 3 bands in Dublin area. For each band I have to enter different frequencies to test the signal. I need LOW MID and HIGH frequencies for each band. Also I need frequencies for Meath county. Please help me if anybody know it. Thank you.
