They are available, I can only suggest a rescan. Rather than do a new power scan, you can do a manual scan.
Go to installations, select user installations. Press Ok on selected frequency (a tick will appear) You can select as many as you want but if you know the frequency it is quicker. When frequencies selected press blue. WAIT the system will do a scan of frequencies selected. WHEN DONE. Go too channel manager the new added channels will be the last ones listed. |

I can't seem to find Sky Prem or +1 either. Does anyone know what frequencies to scan in the staffordshire area?

I solved my problem. What I did was perform a power scan (yellow) using all the steps (6,7,8).
So basically scan using step 6 then repeat until you've done upto 8. Then you just update channels (red). What I didnt get at first was that each time you do a scan it says deleting all channels, so I thought well what use would it be to scan on all different steps if the previous scan is rendered usless. What happens is the frequencies found will be maintained and only your channel list is deleted, hence the need to do update channels afterwards. |

Yes they do based on your provider and the amount of transponder streams for your area.
