Could easily be a signal strength issue, if you have a splitter, try removing it and connect your box to the incoming feed. Otherwise, check all your connections are on well - is there any way of checking signal strength on the Eurovox and comparing channels?

Im guessing this was a signal problem with virgin, as it was happening last night i checked the signal and it was jumping up and down way more than normal! All fine now though and channels back to normal.
