Sky Sports 1,2 & 3 Suddenly jumping

think yourselves lucky. i have had a box for a week now and all my channels do this. any help would be nice. tried everything. the only thing i havn't tried is boosting the signal. it does jump slightly less frequent when i add attenuators at the moment though i have a -10db, -3db and a -6db attenuator added and about 30 seconds into a channel it jumps like mad. i am wondering if my problem is connected to yours though?????? i live in stockport area.

I'm actually wondering if this is a fault with the box itself and not with the signal. I am having what seems like that same problem as you guys. It started about a week ago when six transponders started becoming jumpy. Since then all my transponders over 500Mhz are jumping. I have noticed that if I unplug my Eurovox for a couple of hours and then restart it all the channels come back with perfect picture quality. This says to me that something in the box is overheating and causing the picture to break up. Does unplugging solve the problem for anybody else. i am reluctant to send my box back under guarantee as it costs ten pounds in postage (non-refundable) and last time it took a month to get the box back.

hmm.. i don't think that it's a problem with the unit overheating though i wouldn't like to dismiss anything at all. i'm pretty sure however, it is to do with the signal/network.
