Pace DiTV 1000 Phase 1b - Techwatch: Satellite TV forums, FTA, Cable, Hardware, & Tech forums

Hello again

Right I have a Pace DiTV 1000 Phase 1b, and I want to get the Box Key for it, I allready have the IRD from the little sticker on the scart socket.

I tried getting the box key with the LED SIMM but the last 8 digits come up as FFFFFFFF which doesn't seem right. my BK is given as : 7B424399FFFFFFFF

When I programe the card using that BK I get the channels listed but no audio/video, just a blank screen.

Someone please help. the box is for a ExC&W area. When programming the card I used the Chaos V3 C&W and a C&W.bin11

need to clean the led simm, make sure its making proper connection at the minute it isnt, thats why its giving you ffffffff, try wriggling it about so it makes contact.

Hi again

Jimbo was right, I needed to move the LED SIMM a little to get the correct LEDs on correctley.

Now that I've got the IRD and the Box Key, when I programe the card, I get the channels listed but no video/audio. (i.e. same problem as before)

Why is this happening this time ?? I'm 100% sure the IRD and BK are correct.

I programe the card using NagraEdit4.1 and a C&W.bin11 image, for the flash I use the chaos V3 CW.hex

Someone please hlep me, I'm in oldham now, in my friend's house.

By the way I tried the IRD forward and backward...same problem!!

When you go onto a channel (locked ones) you get what is currentley showing, and after a little while (2mins) you get this message " Sorry This channel is unavailable right now, please try again later" !!!!

Please help

Have you got a good picture? is it set on the right frequency ?

the picture is fine (very nice and clear). What frequency should it be on, I can check by going into engineer's menu.

It depends on the area , you will have to look it up. if the pictures good it cant be far off, while your in eng menu look through pages and see what its saying about card, see if card no is showing etc.

By the wat I tried the Toxic 7 + Swapbinhex, and still same problem.

On a few different pages it gives you details about card, it will say card number and waiting or ok or maybe a fault like not paired etc.
