Eurovox Max V 2008

Just bought the above box approx 2 weeks ago fully loaded with latest firmware. Did the powerscan and unlocked channels. I received 250 channels which I was very happy about.

Yesterday I did another powerscan and lost all my channels. Turned everything off turned it back on erased all channels and did another powerscan. Got some channels back but not all of them and say for example SMPremHid used to display sky movies premiere but now displays the vigin screen. Followed all the instructions that came with my box like changing frequency but still no joy

This is very frustrating especially as I had all my channels originally and now I cant get it back to the way it was. Please help its driving me mad. I know there are a lot of please help threads and I have read them but none of them seem specific to me.

Just wondering why you felt the need to do a second scan,considering you had got 250 channels never try to fix something that aint broke good luck ...

Good question about why fix something that isnt broken and wish I had considered that. Channel 4 +1 has now come live and kept flashing up to re scan to get it.

I didnt even consider that anything bad would happen if I re scanned how silly I was oh well just need help to sort it out now so any advice you can give would be much appreciated.
