Default Technomate with 2 LNB's

This has more to do with hardware & dish than the receiver itself. Was wondering if I can get 13e and 16e on one dish (90cm) with 2 lnb's? Can't mount 2 dishes on my house.

Anyone tried it using tm1500? I'm a little worried that if I get the receiver I won't be able to watch one of these satellites as they're so close together.

It's very difficult to get only 3 degree spacing, most monoblocks are for 6 degree spacing and when mounting 2 separate LNB's, they can't physically get close enough - even when touching, they are too far apart.

Your best option would be to motorise, get a USALS mount - they are under £50 and can be controlled by the TM1500

Inverto do a 3 degree monobloc for around £39 from SatEuropa. This covers the 3 degree spread you require.

I've just put up a triax multi-LNB system, which with a few mods can pick-up 13e 16e 19.2e and 28.2e. 70% plus quality on all satellites using a td88 dish and a TM1500C+ receiver.

You've done really well to get those sats on a fixed TD88 dish, why not get a Diseqc mount instead, it would have maybe cost less and would get more satellites.

Thought about a motor, but I liked the idea of quick channel changes, which I didn't think would be possible (or at least as quick!) with a motor.
