yea i had allot of difficulty using this tut,may be im just thick, lol. anyway i found the following tut which is allot more straight forward & worked a treat for me.Im in pure but i had to use this on a 4010 as it would not set its own netid. No disrespect though,i appreciate all the tuts big time but just thought this was easier. You will need to find the mentioned software though as i dont think im allowed to post them.

The following is not my work :

FIRST OF LET ME SAY THANK YOU TO THE OTHER PEOPLE WHO HAVE MADE THE PROGRAMS AND SOFTWARE WHICH ARE USED TO MAKE THIS NET ID & PIN FUN CARD

YOU NEED THREE FILES TO LOAD ONTO YOUR FUN CARD.

FIRST USE THE NETPINGEN TO MAKE THE INTEEP FILE,
OPEN THIS PROGRAM AND PUT YOUR NET ID INTO IT AND THE PIN NUMBER YOU REQUIRE, CLICK THE CALC AND SAVE BUTTON.
SAVE THIS FILE AS YOUR NET ID INTEEP.

THEN RUN THE TOXIC PROGRAM.
PUT IN A CAM ID,
PUT IN YOU IRD
PUT IN YOUR BOXKEY.
THEN CLICK THE AREA YOU ARE IN.
THEN CLICK SAVE, SAVE THIS FILE AS YOUR EXTEEP
NOW YOU WILL NEED TO USE SWAPBINHEX TO CHANGE THE FILE FROM A BIN FILE TO A HEX FILE.
NOW DELETE THE OLD BIN FILE SO YOU DO NOT GET CONFUSED.

SO NOW YOU HAVE ALL THE THREE FILES YOU REQUIRE TO WRITE TO THE FUN CARD.

OPEN YOUR CARD PROGRAMMER SOFTWARE AND MAKE SURE YOU LOAD THE FILES IN THE CORECT ORDER OR YOU WILL GET ERRORS

ERASE THE CARD A COUPLE OF TIMES.

WRITE THE EXTEEP FIRST AS THIS WILL ERASE THE FLASH FILE.

NOW WRITE THE FLASH FILE WHICH IS THE FILE CALLED netid_fun_v1.6

NOW WRITE THE INTEEP FILE, DO THIS A COUPLE OF TIMES.

NOW YOUR CARD IS READY TO GO INTO THE BOX.

NOW ON THE BOX YOU WILL NEED TO PULL THE RED JUMPER, THIS WIPES THE INFO ON THE BOX READY FOR THE CARD TO WORK.
POWER UP AND GO INTO YOUR ENGINEERS MENU, YOU SHOULD SEE THE FREQUENCY BACK AT DEFAULT, CHANGE THIS TO THE FREQUENCY YOU NEED.
GO TO THE NET ID AND THIS SHOULD BE BACK AT THE DEFAULT AS WELL 09999.
IF THEY ARE BOTH CORECT YOU ARE READY TO PUT THE CARD IN.

PUT THE NET ID FUN CARD INTO THE BOX AND IT WILL REBOOT ITSELF.
IT SHOULD THEN SHOW ON THE DISPLAY NIT AND PAT AND RUN THROUGH A LOAD OF NUMBERS AND THEN REBOOT AGAIN.
IT WILL THEN GO ONTO LOADING PAGE AND EVENTUALLY SHOW THE MENU SCREEN.
WHEN IT DOES THIS TAKE THE NET ID FUN CARD OUT OF THE BOX AND REBOOT THE BOX AGAIN AND GO INTO THE ENGINEERS MENU.
YOU SHOULD NOW SEE THE NET ID HAS CHANGE TO THE ONE YOU REQUIRE.

YOU CAN NOW REBOOT THE BOX AND PUT YOUR CARD IN AND WATCH SOME TELI.

i HOPE THIS HAS BEEN HELPFUL AS I HAVE SPENT THIS AFTERNOON MESSING ABOUT WITH LOTS OF NETID FUNS AND FLASHES
THIS WAY WORKED FOR ME ON A 1000 IN TELEWEST.

hope this was helpful
