Hello everybody help required again. Just got 250 channels back after losing them all. I used to have all the movies and they were located on for example SMpremHID etc.

Now I have got them back all I am getting on the above mentioned channel is the Virgin welcome to sky movies channels press red and enter your pin to access sky movies. This is the same for SMIndieHiD, SMActionHid etc.

I had all of these channels previously. Have tried the following:

Turning all off
Erasing all channels
Full Powerscan

Still nothing

Get all the other channels but no movies. I am in the Manchester area UK and used to get all of these channels.

Can anybody help?

Hi,
Thats not the movie channels you want
Use channel manager and scroll threw to locate them, they will be there but may be named different Sky Family etc - or ask around for a good .cdf file for your area.
Im west coast of Scotland dont know if the frequency of channels are the same all over uk - maybe some of our more learned users can advise
If the same I can send you my .cdf file and voxer application to install it

Since you have 250 channels the odds are that they are there but under a different heading,another place to look would be under the channels listed as TVCh ...in the past Ive found missing channels under those names ...

Panic over. Ive found my movies again under different names. All sorted and thanks for your advice.

P.S Wont be messing with my system again in the near future.

Sort all your channels etc and then lift .cdf file for future problems

Can I ask what a .CDF file is and where would I get one. Just for future reference even though I will never be messing with the system again.
