does eurovox affect other rooms ?? help

hey guys we had ntl in front and back room, both on diff boxes

iv just got a eurovox been working fine for 2weeks or less since iv had it, its in the front room, i have the ntl cable going from my old box into eurovox, and just left the power showing as on me old box,

i went into the back room tried that ntl box which was fine last nite and when im changing channels they have dissapeared and flick through about 8 but the background is red with no pic, not sure if its ntl error or maybe an unpaid bill but should my front room eurovox affect the backroom proper ntl box at all ? no wires or anything from the back room are connected to the front or anything, any ideas guys ta

More than likely its an unpaid bill they dont hang about and you wont know till you pay the bill if its that or not ...
