Default Hello - and a quick EV Max V channel question!

Hello to everyone, Sam from Merseyside here

I've been reading through these forums avidly to try to get an idea how to get the best out of my 2 week old Eurovox Max V, but still have a question about missing channels.

A few details
I'm with VM and have the XL TV package and also BB. I'm pretty sure (from previous BB problems) that I'm fed by Liverpool (Knowsley)

As suggested by the literature sent by the seller I've power scanned on
normal (and also tried full)
start 250mhz
stop 870mhz
symbolrate 6952
symbolrate 6887
step 8
But my Max V isn't getting some of the kids channels - Nickelodeon, Nicktoons and Nick Junior. Although I get Nick Junior 2 ok.

I've read on here that for many places in England these missing channels are on 363.00. I've been through the channels and have found about 5 channels on 363.00 labeled Tvch1, 2 etc but all but one have no pic and the other has an unknown channel.

I've tried a manual scan on 363.00 with no luck.

The only time it's picked up the Nick channels names (but no picture) is when I accidentally power scanned with 100mhz as the start figure.
But as the picture didn't show up I deleted them and rescanned at the 'proper' figures.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to help me solve this please, I'm at a bit of a loss now and I'd quite like to downgrade my TV package without feeling the wrath of the kids!

Thanks in advance

Sam
