Just wondering if i do an cdf update for my area(from another person) will that pick up any extra transponders that my box wont pick up. I am currently gettin 28 Transponders (220 channels) which is pretty good but i cant get Sly sports 1,2 & 3 (think they are on 491.000) but not gettin anythin on this freq.
any help would be great. cheers

Thats the frequency they are on round this area too (wolverhampton area) Symbol rate 6.952 Mbaud....cant help about the cdf update Im afraid but you should be getting a few more channels really I think,Im currently getting 238 but not all of them work ...

What firmware are you running? i only get 150 channels, software version is dated 2005. Is there any updates for a eurovox version 1?

Cant help you about my firmware because it was pre-installed when I bought the box its the 2008 version dated July 2007 ...but pretty sure you should be able to update from what you have ...look for the heading under UK Cable and in there you will find downloads where you should be able to do what you want ...
