Default connecting JTAG.

ok fellas iv searched numerous but cant find the information i need basically iv done 4001s without any problems now im getting into sammy and ofcourse they need to be jtagged.
here goes iv got my parallel cable connected to back of pc and other connected to jtag interface with pogo ends. iv done the usual boot box and hold down until LD40 then wait for light to go from red to green, then i open up sammy debug tool set it up to area nthell (davic) then connect and i get fatal error with message NT DRIVER NOT FOUND MAC_MOT SYS.
does that mean that i have to install some driver so it can pick up the jtag or do i need another programme?
tried OCD and cant open i get this meesage (this application has failed to start because usbdemon.dll was not found reinstalling this application may fix this problem)
anyone?

have to short the battery first,
make sure you get into debug mode (Zero on display) hold down the button untill ld14 shows on display then let go, it may take a few minutes, but you must have 0 on display, i think.
