Hi Everyone,
I've recently received my new Eurovox max 2008 box which appears to be working fine as it is picking up alot of channels (about 200). My question is, I know for a fact that I live in a NTL area. In the instructions for the box it told me to do a powerscan leaving the default to 6952 and only to do a normal scan using 6887 if no channels are found. As I alot of channels working is it safe to rrock the boat and do a normal scan on symbol rate 6887? Will it bring in additional channels with the box or is it likely to screw up? There's also alot of channels that are not named - namely the adult channels and some others... the names are like tvcs1 through tvcs10 - is this normal operation? Any help really appreciated. Regards, Graeme |

I'm not too sure about your question regarding scanning so I will refrain from answering that question but as for the un-named channels, yes thats normal. You can rename the channels yourself from within the channel manager or I'm sure by using voxer.
