hi, I have to disagree with this post as when u sighn the contract they probably gave u the fone either free or for pitance , so the fone belongs to u !! its the money for the contract they are chasing not the fone, to barr the fone would be illegal as they cant just go about barring fones for non payment of bills

if the phone is provided by the network eoperator, then it remains the property of the network operator until such a time until the contract has been completed or terminated by full payment

if the contract is breached they will definatley bar your phones iemi.
the phone then will be rendered useless in the uk but will still operate in another country

you can change the fones imei no, but it is illegal in this country search the programme is available free on certain file sharing networks

oh and before anybody starts to p.m I DONT HAVE IT
