really would appreciate help with this. Had my dbox 2 for a year with no problems till i recently lost my movies. Done a full scan ( as i had done a few times b4 with no bother ) now iv lost all my channels! The scan picks up 188 transponders but no channels. I was thinking i might need a new services xml. could this be the case? Or could it be something more simple? any replies much appreciated, cheers.

It could be that you have a signal strength issue, check connections are try again. It could also be that your memory in the box is full and it's gone "read only", to cure that, you will need to flash the image again - or try a new one.

Thanks for the suggestions. Think i will flash a new image. Can any1 recomend which are best? i currently have sportster 1.05.

Hi,try erasing all channels and then go to factory settings.Install them then power scan.You can now scan for all channels.
