Hi,

Can anyone help please? I have a Jan 2007 eurovox which has pixelated and blotchy squares on most of the channels. I have deleted channels and done a re-scan but the problem is still there.

Has it just started today or has this been all the time?
What size TV do you have?
Also what signal do you have on the box?

if its just started today, looks like 1 or 2 (including myself have had this problem last couple of days). i left box unplugged for all day yesterday, and thankfully sorted itself out today.

It is the same on any tv, have tried it on my friends and my own tv with the same results. I have even reloaded the software to see if that was the issue.

What do you mean by 'what signal do i have on the box'?

If you press the Info button on the control twice it will come up with a signal and quality bar.

Thanks i'll give that a try. If the signal is low would that indicate the box as i've tried it on two different connections at different locations? If so does that mean the box is useless or is there a fix?
